Lunch - shrimp/macroni salad, crackers & cheese, melon, sugar-free cookie
Supper - salad, carrots, mashed potatoes, WW fudge bar
Snack - almonds
Again, it was hot here today and even though I was in the cool basement, I was working hard and felt the effects of the hot weather. My "I'm full" level came quicker than usual.
