08/01/10 - Food

Breakfast - toast, egg, cherries

At church - one very small piece of carrot cake. Since I ate it at church and I was standing up, I don't think the calories count..........

Lunch - at Red Lobster - biscuit, Cole slaw, shrimp, baked potato.

Supper - tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwich, Pringles, cherries.

Snack- Quakers Rice Snacks
