08/02/10 - Food

Breakfast - toast with peanut butter, melon

Lunch - salad with tomato, cucumber and pickled beets - topped with some garlic croutons that tasted wonderful as I ate them but not so wonderful hours later when they were still on my breath.

Supper - leftovers - mashed potatoes and chicken fried rice. Dessert was a few Quaker mini rice cakes.

Snack - skim milk and a spoonful of peanut butter.
