Breakfast - toast with peanut butter

Mid-morning snack - Nature Valley Granola Thin

Lunch - 1/2 lettuce & tomato sandwich, chips

Mid-afternoon snack- small bowl of popcorn

Supper - green salad with tomato and cucumber, baked potato

Bed-time - small glass of skim milk
