Breakfast - toast with an egg


Mid-morning snack - Nature Valley Thin Crisp


Lunch - the last of the leftover macaroni & cheese, some chips.


Supper - lettuce salad with crab meat and a few crackers.  Dessert, Skinny Cow ice cream.
