Breakfast - toast with peanut butter, grapes


Lunch - lettuce & tomato salad with deli chicken, crackers & WW cream cheese, one piece of sugar-free candy.


Supper - last of the leftover crock pot chicken, part of an onion, some mini rice cakes.


Snack - small glass of skim milk
