Breakfast - toast with peanut butter, grapes


Lunch - chili, TJs veggie and flaxseed tortilla chips (the broken pieces at the bottom of the bag), WW fudge bar.


Supper - salad with broccoli, cauliflower & peas, a turkey burger (no bun), Jello 60 calorie mousse.
