Lunch - lettuce salad with broccoli and cauliflower, crackers & WW cream cheese, sugar-free dark chocolate candy.


Snack - almonds


Supper - ground turkey patty, cooked carrots & broccoli, pumpkin fluff.


Snack - skim milk
