10/23/10 - Food

Breakfast - toast and a scrambled egg, grapes


Lunch - salad with broccoli and crab meat, Nature Valley granola thin


Snack - popcorn


Supper - bowl of chili with croutons, a few Teddy grahams.


Steps - 1,658  hardly moved at all today.
