Breakfast - toast with peanut butter, grapes


Lunch - at Red Lobster - biscuit, cole slaw, breaded shrimp, baked potato.


Supper - two pieces of homemade wheat/millet bread toasted and buttered, a nectarine, and some dark chocolate covered plum bites.
