05/01/10 - Food

Breakfast - Ezekiel bread with almond butter.

Lunch and supper were Healthy Choice meals. I think the vegetables in the Healthy Choice meals are the best of any frozen dinners.
I snacked on some crackers also and a piece of sugar-less dark chocolate. I'll also have a glass of skimmed milk before bed. And a large slice of chocolate cake. Nooooooo, just kidding!

Bonnie....that is such a small amount of food...good for you...you are doing sooooo good. If I ate that amount my metabolism would totally shut down into "starvation mode". You have given me some good ideas on foods to try that sound really good. :)

Love the healthy choice items ... I think they are better than Lean Cuisine. Love the pumpkin squash ravioli!!!! Here's to looser jeans!!!
